Research and Development

Future Enterprises has experienced in building prototype equipment for: manufacturing, processing, packaging, stamping, parts assemble, flame polishing of acrylic plastics, molding, hot stamping, printing, cutting, shaping, drilling, tapping, conveyor heating tables, bending, sorting and organizing. We are experienced in product testing, analyzing and forecasting new technologies, we analyze the manufacturing cost and material requirements for potential products for future developments, analyzing different material breakdowns and strengths for products and prototype models. We have researched different company product lines for quality and material cost.

Manufacturing

Future Enterprises’ responsibilities for manufacturing procedures are making decisions for all phases of product development and production. Manufacturing practices consist of: planning, designing, and developing prototype equipment for product manufacturing, testing and production. We are responsible for streamlining manufacturing cost by designing and engineering manufacturing equipment to produce at maximum rates. We were successfully able to beat competitive pricing from China/Taiwan by 30% by using our own in-house processing and manufacturing equipment on a number of customer projects. We keep increasing our focus on our customers for there product lines, production runs, production downtimes, employee cross training, potential problem solving, quality improvements, product developments, energy audits and overruns.

Machine Shop

Future Enterprises has an in-house machine shop with lathes, milling machines, arbor presses, hydraulic presses, drill presses, indexing and spiral cutting, gear cutting, grinding, keyway cutting, threading, boring, Rockwell C metal hardness testing and hardening of metals. We work with materials from mild and harden steel, stainless steel, cast aluminum, bronze, brass, plastics, nylon and Teflon.

Electrical

Future Enterprises has experience in single and three phase AC & DC electrical currents. We electrically wire all phases of business operations. We work with electric switches, solenoids, relays, diodes, regulators, variable voltage controllers, voltage supplies, battery back-up equipment, electrical meters, heat shrinking materials, electrical magnetic devices, electric clutches, wiring up AC & DC high/low voltage motors and many other electrical components and devices.

Circuit Boards

Future Enterprises designs, engineers, and manufactures electrical circuit control panels, circuit boards and control components. We build automation control equipment for assembly lines, stamping equipment, processing machines, cutting machines and alarm and control systems. We are experience with electrical and basic electronic diagnostics, amp and voltage meters, electrical tools and diagnostic equipment and electrical components.

Fabricating and Engineering

Future Enterprises as experienced in designing, engineering, and fabricating of semi and fully automated production, manufacturing, packaging and assemble equipment. We have designed a flame polishing machine to flame polish the edges of acrylic plastics, designed cutting equipment for processing acrylic plastics, conveyor heating tables for bending of plastics, stamping and assembling equipment, automated hot stamping logo press. We fabricate processing and manufacturing equipment to mass-produce patented products. We also fabricate specialty machines to fit individual manufacturing needs.

Hydraulics

Future Enterprises designs and engineer working hydraulic systems. We work with pumps, check valves, miniature fluid power devices, regulators, hydraulic cylinders, rotary valves, fitting sensors, 2/3/4 way control spool valves, flow control valves, needle valves, shuttle valves, electric valves, cushion dampers, pressure sensors and air/hydraulic controls.

Pneumatics

Future Enterprises has extensive work experience in air components and controls and has manufactured equipment with pneumatics and control valves, regulators, timers, 3-way delays valves, pop-off valves, single and dual stage air compressors, air/hydraulic controls and controllers, air/electrical controls and controllers, miniature valves, hardware and components, fitting, sensors, Bimba air cylinders, Magnetic Reed Switches for magnetic cord air cylinders, rotary valves, actuators, 2/3/4-way control spool valves, pressure controllers, check valves, flow control vavles, meter in/out valves, needle valves, pulse valves, pilot sensors, shuttle valves, whisker vavles, chokes and mechanical sequence programmers. We also work with electric Eagle control valves and multi-valve manifolds. We have a basic knowledge in modular components, interfacing, and electronic pneumatic interface valves. We are experienced in designing vacuum systems used in manufacturing, processing and assembly equipment. We also work with vacuum pumps, control valves, gauges, switches, components and portable hand-held vacuum pumps.

Welding

Future Enterprises has experienced in steel, aluminum and stainless steel welding with stick rods, Mig and some Tig welding. We have experienced in using oxygen, acetylene, propane, and Flame-X gases for brazing, soldering, cutting, heating and hardening of metals.
